They were taken in Nebraska, so it wouldn’t be too hard to see it in your lifetime Cara. Anywhere where they get tornados I guess.

The first picture isn’t altered. The guy just increased the contrast I think. Amazing pictures though. :-)

I think if I lived in Nebraska I’d be a storm chaser. I mean what else can one do to get ones heart pumping in Nebraska? I’ve also wanted to go swimming with sharks. Foolish behaviour like that is a buzz. Life is so much more exciting when you take the safety off once in a while.

Tornado clouds do look amazing. I’m still thinking the first one looks digitally altered though. Mind you when the clouds start looking like something scary’s on the way, I’m in the basement!

I once chased a tornado with my dad! I was only 5… and thanks for bringing up the flashback!!
