Since writing that I didn’t like President Bush in that last post I lost 16 subscribers!
I’m sure it was just a coincidence. Maybe I should go back to posting about benign stuff. People like all that stuff, nice and unchallenging. People prefer something nice and light I know. No wonder the newspaper that sells the best here in the UK is the one that famously has a topless girl on page three.
The lesson here, I suppose, is that as interesting as politics is, it’ll never be as interesting as a nice pair of boobs.

Interesting article about Page 3 (includes no pictures that would offend conservative folk who may not have seen nipples before)

I’m honestly one of those people who have no clue what to say about George Bush. I was too thrilled with Clinton either. I take it the unsubbers were American? You can go topless as long as you’ve been working out.. big ole man boobs are nasty and may cause me to unsubscribe. Don’t put on one of those European banana hammocks either please. Ew.

I am still your subscriber ^_^ I am not much for politics, and I agree, boobs are much more interesting.
That picture shows her ribs though. That’s a lil’ scary.

Libertarian is where it’s at, Alluveal. I don’t agree with Simon on a lot, my being a Conservative and a Christian has alot to do with that, but I still enjoy reading what he has to say.

I get sick of hearing about Bush haters and Republican haters (am a libertarian myself,) but I never stop subscribing to someone because of it. I guess if there was new content in regard to Bush, it would be more interesting. :) But, most of the time it’s the same thing over and over, like a broken record. Blah blah, Bush sucks. Yeah yeah, we get it. You tend to put an interesting spin on it, which is a nice change, though. =)People tend to treat their beliefs like a drug, especially if they’re fanatics. If you challenge them or try to take away their “meth” then they freak right the heck out on you. Some get violent. Some just want to keep their heads in the sand and sing REAL loud. =)It’s your blog, do your thing. This if YOUR home. Screw the rest. If someone’s blog content isn’t “my cup of tea,” then I quietly move on and come back another day. I guess I would say “good riddance” if it was me. =) Their loss….

I just realized that I was not subscribed to you. Hopefully you will allow me to fill the subscription void left by those who could not handle having their ideals challenged a bit. As a conservative I rarely see eye to eye with you on the political spectrum but I do respect your opinions and your right to voice them. Plus you’re a great storyteller.

I like several differences of opinions!! It really shows our unique perspective and helps to educate us as well as challenges to color outside the lines. A wise CEO once said, “if we all had the same opinion only one person would be necessary!!!”

I’m not one for politics myself, but I always like to see your point of view on issues, because you always have intelligent things to say.
